Not a middleman. A manufacturing route operator.

We do not sell factory access. We take responsibility for the result.

ITM Technology connects the customer, engineering team, production sites, and quality control into one system with clear ownership at every stage.

01 / Who we are

One point of contact.
Never a one-person operation.

Behind one conversation stands an entire production network: process engineers, partner factories, inspection laboratories, logistics, and a team that stays with the project from enquiry to accepted batch.

The customer does not have to assemble this chain, align multiple suppliers, or discover where responsibility disappeared. We make the chain visible and manageable.

02 / Why not buy directly

A direct contract does not always create direct control.

A factory can show an impressive machine park. Machines alone do not guarantee process discipline, correct tooling, repeatable heat treatment, or reliable inspection.

The real risk lives in the handovers: from drawing interpretation to process planning, from machining to hardening, from measurement to the shipping decision. Those handovers are where we work.

How a site enters the network

01

Capability

We match actual equipment and expertise to the class of parts the site is expected to produce.

02

Trial work

We verify the result, not the presentation: geometry, finish, repeatability, and compliance with the process route.

03

Measurement

We assess inspection equipment, calibration, methods, and the ability to issue clear records.

04

Discipline

We review how the site handles changes, nonconformities, and corrective actions.

05

Approval

Partners receive work only within their confirmed capability.

04 / Our role

Nothing should get lost in translation between the drawing and the part.

Our critical translation is not from Russian into Chinese. It is from drawing intent into a controlled process: identifying critical characteristics, building the route, defining inspection points, and agreeing in advance how the result will be documented.

  • Review manufacturability and risk before launch.
  • Select the production site for the exact process, material, and tolerance.
  • Connect multiple operations into one controlled route.
  • Control samples, serial batches, and release documentation.
  • Arrange packaging and international logistics.
  • Resolve nonconformities before shipment, not after the customer raises a claim.

Serious manufacturing begins with the ability to say no.

We do not promise 0.006 mm on every geometry. We do not quote lead time before reading the drawing. We do not replace control with a polished machine photograph. And we do not accept work unless the route and acceptance method can be confirmed. Precision without conditions is advertising. Precision supported by process, measurement, and records is manufacturing.

05 / Bottom line

Our product is not a contact in China.
Our product is control.
